TORONTO - The asserted Canadian serial executioner Bruce McArthur is presently confronting an eighth murder accusation - the demise of a Sri Lankan man who had not been accounted for missing.

Toronto Police Detective Sergeant Hank Idsinga said Monday that the 66-year-old scene planter was accused of first degree kill in the passing of Kirushna Kumar Kanagaratnam.
